EREWASH

The Erewash district is located in the south east corner of Derbyshire, between Derby and Nottingham. The primary towns and villages are Little Eaton, Long Eaton and Draycott in the south and Ilkeston and Stanley in the north.

The area is currently not well served with recognised bridleways or minor roads that could form useful circuits. However, Shipley Park is not far away just over the border.

Bridleways and other rights of ways in this area are managed by Derbyshire County Council.

We suggest that to get the most out of the area, you purchase the following Ordnance Survey Explorer maps: 259 and 260 to use in conjunction with our routes.
