MANSFIELD

The District of Mansfield is located on the central western side of Nottinghamshire. The primary towns are Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and Market Warsop. The area is mainly urban.

From a riding perspective there are a number of rides to the east of the district near Rainworth and Clipstone. In addition Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest and the Grassmoor Country park in Derbyshire are not far away.

The main roads to get around the area are the A38, A60, A617 We suggest that to get the most out of the area, you purchase the following Ordnance Survey Explorer maps: 269 and 270 to use in conjunction with our routes.
