Nottinghamshire :
Rushcliffe |
| RUSHCLIFFE |
Rushcliffe is the most southern borough of Nottinghamshire and is largely rural in character. The primary towns and villages in the west of the borough are Ruddington, Gotham, Keyworth and East Leak. In the east of the borough is Bingham and East Bridgeford.
The terrain in this area is generally unsploit countryside that overlooks the Vale of Belvoir. There are a number of bridleways around Colston Bassett and Cotgravem, but some of these are intersected by the busy A46.
The main roads to get around the area are the A46, A52 and A606. We suggest that to get the most out of the area, you purchase Ordnance Survey Explorer map 260 to use in conjunction with our routes.
