SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE
South Staffordshire is located in the south west of the county. The primary towns and villages in the area are Kinver, Stourton, Enville and Bobbington, Wombourn in the south, in the central area is Codsall and in the north Wheaton Aston, and Penkridge.

From a riding perspective the area is well served by public bridleways, particularly around the northern border with the district of Stafford, but generally the eastern area is very well served. Highgate Common Country Park located near Bobbington also has a number of bridleways.

The main roads to get around the area are the M6, M54, A5, A41, A449, A454 and A458. We suggest that to get the most out of the area, you purchase the following Ordnance Survey Explorer maps: 218, 219 and 242 to use in conjunction with our routes.
