William Fox-Pitt was the world No 2 eventer in 2005 and the top British rider for the fifth year running. He lives in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. Kate Green is the former Editor of Eventing magazine, and also writes for Horse & Hound. She lives in Newbury, Berkshire.
