Delivery Policy
All goods will be sent out First Class using Royal Mail delivery to UK addresses only. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to goods once they have been despatched or during transit via Royal Mail.

Bridleways will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the customer in consequence of failure to deliver by a specified date.

In accordance with Royal Mail prices, postage will be charged according to size and weight of package and this is automatically calculated through our website checkout. Bridleways will ensure that packaging is kept to a minimum (without incurring damage) in order to keep postage charges low to our customers.

Delivery is currently 3 - 5 working days, applicable to all UK mainland addresses. If for some reason there may be a problem in delivering your goods within this timescale, we will contact you to let you know and advise on the expected delivery date.

Refunds & Returns Policy
To return purchased goods to Bridleways, please re-package the goods (preferably in the packaging materials originally used) so they do not get damaged in transit. Enclose your name, address and telephone details and send it to:

Please take the goods to the Post Office and ensure that you obtain a receipt for your postage and a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in the post. It is also worth insuring your parcel against loss or damage. Goods can be returned to us providing that they:

  • Are returned within 28 days of purchase
  • Are not damaged or soiled in any way
  • Have not been used
  • Have not been personalised or customised in any way

Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit card, a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.

Replacements & Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged, please cease using it immediately and return the goods for our inspection, following the procedure above. Please note that goods must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and damaged or soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund will be authorised.

Upon returning your goods, please state whether you require a refund or replacement product.
